Kathmandu Cosmos balances Himalayan black tea with cinnamon, ginger, black cardamom and lemongrass. The spices add warmth, depth and gentle sweetness, while the lemongrass brings a fresh citrus note.

Ingredients

Black tea, Golden Tips black tea, cinnamon bark, cinnamon leaf, ginger, black cardamom, lemongrass

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of Kathmandu Cosmos Tea Blend (approximately 2 g) per cup.

Pour fresh water heated to approximately 90–95°C over the blend and steep for 4–5 minutes. Water should be hot but not actively boiling.

The blend may also be infused a second time using water at the same temperature and a slightly longer steeping time. The second infusion is typically lighter while revealing softer spice notes.

Adjust the quantity of tea and steeping time according to personal preference.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Reseal tightly after opening to preserve freshness.
